I've been married for almost 11 years now and last year was the worst year of my life. My husband and I both pulled away from each other slowly not even realizing that it was happening. I felt that he didn't love me any more and he felt that I didn't love him any more. In September I had an affair. I thought we were finished. I confessed to him in November and I really thought we were done. To my surprise he forgave me! He said that he loved me enough to work through this together and to get back what we had lost. We took the Home Builders program through our church and during this program the instructors handed us the books For Women Only and For Men Only. WOW!!! It opened our eyes up to each other so much! We have never been able to communicate and understand each other so much! For Women Only helped me to understand the reason I felt that he didn't love me anymore and made me realize that it wasn't that at all. It was the way that I took it and not how it was meant to be taken. I am so glad that God was in this the whole way through. Our lives will be and are forever changed. We are moving forward in our relationship and learning each other for the first time in 14 years. I just want to thank you for taking the time to do the studies and surveys that you did. This book will be a part of my life now and a reference to anyone that has any questions of how we got to where we are today. Thank you again.
